The brief

Lyndons needed a showroom for its new Caboolture branch in Queensland. Reliable delivery against the agreed programme was a key requirement, alongside practical display space and a comfortable working environment for the branch team.

What we delivered

ATOM Modular designed, supplied and installed a 12 × 9 m showroom comprising three joined modules.

The fit-out included:

– Commercial-grade vinyl flooring
– LED lighting and power points
– Reverse-cycle air conditioning
– Steel roofing, gutters and downpipes
– A secure sliding entry door

The modules were prefabricated in Melbourne and transported to Caboolture. ATOM Modular’s scope included transport, cranage and on-site installation.

The outcome

The completed facility provided Lyndons with a climate-controlled showroom for displaying building and construction supplies, alongside a comfortable workspace for its Caboolture team.
