Project Name: Caboolture Showroom Facility

Problem: Lyndons needed a 12x9m modular showroom for their new Caboolture branch in Queensland. In the past, they’d had issues with other modular portable building companies over-promising and under delivering – especially when it came to tight timeframes and delivery dates. For this project, reliability and hitting deadlines were non-negotiable.

Scope of Works: Atom Modular designed, supplied and installed 12x9m portable buildings. Three temporary modular buildings joined with our smart seal system. The fit out included commercial grade vinyl flooring, LED lighting and power points, reverse-cycle air conditioning for year round comfort, colourbond roofing with gutters and downpipes for durability and a secure sliding entry door. The full project delivery covered transport, cranage and on-site installation by our team at Lyndons new Caboolture branch in Queensland.

The modular units were prefabricated in Melbourne, then transported and installed on-site in Queensland with minimal disruption. By managing logistics and using our smart seal joining system, the project was delivered on-time and on budget.
